Customer satisfaction is about how well we fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers, and applies to all interactions before, during and after the sale. The teamwork between our merchandisers and buyers ensures the best possible follow-up for our customers.

We are in close dialogue with the individual buyers in the various companies, who in turn have contact with the customers. This results in both effective and clear communication, right product quality and delivery as agreed.
