Deepening EU Compliance Standards & Upgrading Team Expertise – Special Compliance Training Held for Merchandising & Design Teams

Recently, two training sessions about EU sustainability compliance have been held for our merchandising and design teams. Covering core regulations including ESPR, EUDR and PPWR, the training improves our staff’s EU export compliance capability and shows our emphasis on employee development, European trade layout and strict compliance management.

The merchandising training explains EU regulatory rules, Qarma system operation, electrical product checklists and updated testing standards to build full-process compliance control for sourcing. The design training centers on mandatory PPWR packaging requirements, covering recyclability grades, design specifications, restricted materials and recycling labels. Real sourcing cases are analyzed to optimize packaging solutions, requiring compliance embedded in early design work.

Later, the company will arrange field trips to eco-packaging factories and AI skill sharing workshops to boost employees’ practical digital and compliance skills.

As a home goods sourcing trader focusing on EU markets, compliance is our core strength. Facing stricter EU environmental policies, we carry out regular compliance training to enrich staff’s professional knowledge. Compliance control is implemented at early sourcing and design stages to avoid customs risks and provide full-chain compliant sourcing solutions for overseas partners.

We will keep launching internal training on regulations, digital tools and supply chains to support staff growth and steady cross-border business, consolidating our edge in the EU market with professional compliant services.
