Opal recently hosted an internal AI Tool Sharing Session, with five team members presenting practical digital solutions for daily work. Designer Meow shared WorkBuddy for design automation, including product retouching, rendering and customized AI plugins. Cherry introduced Feishu Multidimensional Table, a budget-friendly substitute for Monday.com for centralized order management and cloud document storage. Liyco showed how to rapidly create various training slides with AI. Elisa compared two domestic AI agents Workbuddy & Coze and demonstrated their full workflow: extracting core information from audios and documents to form systematic solutions. Katie presented a ChatGPT & Codex workflow that automatically sorts business card data and generates bilingual supplier spreadsheets, saving hours of manual input. This session delivered hands-on AI skills to inspire everyone to explore digital tools and reduce repetitive tasks. We will hold regular sharing activities to improve the whole team’s work efficiency.
